Demorei muitos anos até conseguir entender que a espiritualidade não tinha qualquer ligação com religião. Não se trata da relação que você tem com doutrinas, organizações religiosas, sistema de crenças, comunidades, ritos e dogmas criados pelo homem. Não é sobre templos e livros. Mas uma conexão bem mais profunda com a dimensão interior do ser que leva ao reconhecimento de si mesmo e do seu lugar no mundo.
A busca de sentido é, hoje, a principal motivação do homem. E quando essa necessidade deixa de ser atendida, a vida nos parece vazia. No mundo moderno, o que percebo é que a maioria das pessoas não está atendendo a essa necessidade. A nova espiritualidade chega para estabelecer uma ponte entre o “mundo externo”, moderno, material, cheio de desejos e necessidades do homem e o “mundo interno”, espiritual, invisível, onde o homem está consciente de si mesmo e conectado a uma consciência superior e coletiva.
Deste lugar ele encontra um sentido mais profundo de significado e propósito na comunidade e no mundo. Dessa forma, há uma perspetiva mais ampla do Universo e de si mesmo enquanto parte desse todo. As pessoas chegam a vida adulta sem saber o que é realmente a vida. Além disso, outras questões parecem confusas, como qual é o jogo que estão jogando e quais as regras, objetivos e valores fundamentais.
Crise de significado
Essa crise de significado é a causa principal do estresse na vida moderna e também das doenças físicas e emocionais. Chegou a hora de resinificarmos a espiritualidade e entendermos que ela nada mais é do que mais uma habilidade do ser humano de encontrar recursos internos para criar essa ponte entre o universo visível e o invisível, chamada entre outros nomes de inteligência espiritual.
A Dra. Dana Zohar, filosofa e física pela Universidade Harvard, com pós-graduação no Massachusetts Institute of Tecnology (MIT), atualmente leciona na universidade inglesa de Oxford. Ela foi a primeira pessoa a introduzir esse conceito em 2000, há 20 anos. Ela fala da existência de um terceiro tipo de inteligência que, segundo ela, coloca nossos atos e experiências num contexto mais amplo de sentido e valor, tornando-os mais efetivos.

É preciso deixar essa ideia ultrapassada cair por terra, pois entendo que ela seja a essência de uma nova sociedade, mais humana, coerente, coletiva, colaborativa e una enquanto valores e propósitos elevados.

People reach adulthood not knowing what life really is. In addition, other questions seem confusing, such as what game are they playing and what are the rules, goals and core values.
